Really good, the online support is also fantastic. This can be as light touch or as in depth as you want it. With the added bonus of being able to share with customers this has become a key tool to how we operate.
This app is fantastic because it helps keep track of your company's items and easy to use. More importantly, the customer service is very good. Whenever small issues come up with in the app, Itemit people always find a way to resolve the issue and fast! Thanks to Alex, scanning barcodes is way quicker than before without any issues.
